Wellness Programs

The Rehabilitation Specialists support clients through the development and use of Rehabilitation or Wellness programs. These programs provide structured guidelines and goals for rehabilitation along with expected outcomes and timeframes for recovery.

The rehabilitation program also specifics the responsibilities of all parties involved and ensures these responsibilities are followed to achieve the final goal. This usually includes the client, case manager, supervisor, treating doctor and rehabilitation consultant.

Upon commencement of the rehabilitation program the client is required to participate and implement any recommended and agreed upon strategies.

The Rehabilitation Program is a required form under section 37 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and can be found on the Comcare website.
