Can The Rehabilitation Specialists help me get therapy funding in my next NDIS plan?
Yes! The Rehabilitation Specialists can assist in helping you access funding for allied health services that support you to achieve
better independence, reach your goals and enhance your quality of life.We start by assessing the impact that your disability has on current function and capacity and what your specific goals are. One of our Exercise Physiologists will then provide you with a detailed report to address NDIS criteria to ensure the funding report has the detail necessary for your NDIS planner.
It is recommended that you book your exercise physiology assessment 2-3 months prior to your NDIA planning meeting so the
assessment and reporting process can occur. This will ensure our Plan Recommendation Report is ready for your plan review.
