Erin

Erin has over 9 years of experience, both as an Exercise Physiologist and working as a rehabilitation provider across various schemes including ACT, NSW, VIC and WA workers compensation; ACT and NSW CTP, and life insurance. More recently, Erin has worked as a Claims Manager, and Account Manager for self-insured licensees within the Comcare scheme and is well-versed in administration of the SRC Act. Over her career, Erin has also worked clinically within the NDIS, particularly within the mental health space. Erin is passionate about using her knowledge of all factors that impact engagement and recovery to empower injured workers to successfully return to health and work. Erin values return to work planning to be undertaken in a way that is transparent, collaborative and solutions-focused.

Erin particularly enjoys working on complex, long-tail, and psychological claims and is our Head of Rehabilitation and Government Services Lead due to her experience across various schemes over her career. This puts her in a position to lead and mentor our other rehabilitation consultants to overcome challenges and barriers that arise on complex files.
